Just an overnight stay during a long trip. Clean, comfortable, convenient for us. A bit noisy at times (trucks & loud cars). Air conditioner worked at full capacity all night long. It was 102 that afternoon. Price was exceptional for the area. Overall very good.
This is what they call a hidden gem. They completely overhauled it unlike the chain hotels that swap out cheap replacements like new tiles that come loose in bathrooms. The tiles that Best Inn put in look solid and professionally installed. The bathroom shower was unique in style and basically a hybrid for anyone who wants to stand or needs to sit in showers. The curtains were dark and hugged the windows so light wasn't shining in. It was clean and well designed. Only downside is for the people who need stuff like breakfast, but I normally don't bother with actual breakfast anyways so the place was perfect for me.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best places to stay in Salina! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the service is top-notch. Roger is the man, super helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. You can tell he really cares about the place and the people staying there. Highly recommend the Best Inn to anyone passing through or needing a reliable stay in Salina!
Great location right off the highway but just close enough to downtown or restaurants & stores. The owners are very accommodating & keep a tidy facility! The only downside is no breakfast/pool/fancy amenities but the price is affordable because of. We stay here annually & will continue to do so!
It appears to be an inside room hotel built on to an older motel. Very clean, and service prompt. You walk in to a bit of and odd open area pictured and the gentleman immediately came out and said fined you in. Only slight negative may be location, I was stopping to get sleep early like sleep from 6pm and get back on the road. I was in a back room and there is a business that seems to rent equipment and it is a bit noisy back there. The place is located in a bit of an industrial area.

This motel is a hidden gem! I drive across Kansas and eastern Colorado at least twice a year, and I would stay here again any time I need to split my drive across two days. Over the years, I’ve stayed in many hotels just off I-70. The Best Inn is well worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes after exiting the highway. Such friendly staff and well-kept, modern rooms made this motel the best place to stay.
This is an older motel that has been completely refurbished. Unlike other renovations I've experienced at older motels, the rooms look like they were completely remodeled...although I think I was in the newer section. Beds were so comfortable, and it had all the amenities I would want for a short stay. There is a room that looks like it would have been reception, but has a coffee machine with flavored coffees...so good! Also, juices, etc. It is located close to I-70, but off enough to not hear traffic - in fact, it was very quiet. It's in a more industrial area, but only a 5 minute drive to the downtown area, which is really great! I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The owner, Roger, was very helpful.
We could not have had a better experience! The people were more than friendly and helpful. We were given a room in the new section and it was very spacious, modern, clean, everything we could’ve asked for! We did a road trip from Pennsylvania to Colorado and back and of all the hotels we stayed at, this was the absolute best experience. And of all those places we stayed, the price was amazing. They could have easily charged twice as much. If we are ever back that way, I have no qualms about staying again. Also, as we were leaving the next morning, the owner was outside sweeping the sidewalks and tidying up. It was nice to see the dedication she had and she was friendly as well. Excellent place to stay!!!
It's a private hotel and the owner is very nice and understanding. The rooms on the ground floor are brand new. And it's insanely affordable for an extended stay. They have coffee cappuccino 2 juice
